Choice can be one of the problems facing many people who have a gluten or wheat intolerance. When first diagnosed, many Coeliacs worry that by following a special diet they will miss out on all their favourite foods. Ten years ago this would have been the case as choice was extremely limited. Fortunately, Dietary Specials are committed to new product development and as pioneers in the sector we have developed an excellent selection of products. These include market leading gluten free and wheat free products such as the first range of frozen foods, our brown multigrain loaf, and our award winning Yorkshire puddings.
Dietary Specials strive to offer customers an alternative to ‘normal’ foods and are always seeking to expand the diverse product range. In many ways the first way to generate new product idea is by speaking to customers. This is supported by regular market research as to customer views and a pro-active approach to seeking feedback regarding products our customers would like to see available.
